After back-to-back defeats, Spurs sit 14th on the Premier League table.
Frank compared the situation with his first job as coach of Brøndby IF.
"I think I see many similarities with my first job as a manager. Of course on a completely different scale – this is one of the world's largest clubs and there is so much focus on it. It makes it bigger and a different challenge," he said.
"I see many similarities between here and Brøndby: to try to build something up and build on something existing with many good people around me."
Unlike the time in Brøndby, Frank must now also navigate the Champions League in parallel with the domestic league.
"What makes it extra challenging here, of course, is that we play the Champions League and the Premier League at the same time and try to improve while driving 160 km/h.
"I see many good things we have improved, but it is about how we can create consistent achievements from day to day. That's what we work on every single day."
