Everton chiefs confident talking down Man City price for Grealish

Barely three weeks into his loan from Manchester City, Grealish has already done enough to convince Everton to seek a permanent transfer for the midfielder.

City are willing to sell Grealish and rate the England international at £50m.

The permanent option is said to be set at such a price, though Everton aim to talk down that valuation, says the Daily Mail.

Grealish, 30, has less than two years to run on his City contract and has already won a Premier League Player of the Month award.
