The Whites captain played a central role in the club’s successful fight for Premier League survival, helping Leeds secure safety with three matches still to play.
Ampadu, who also claimed the club’s top individual honour in 2024, joins Gordon McQueen, Lee Bowyer and Jermaine Beckford as a two-time recipient of the award.
The midfielder made 39 appearances during the 2025-26 season and contributed at both ends of the pitch. He scored in the club’s emphatic 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace at Elland Road and later provided the decisive assist for Lukas Nmecha’s dramatic 91st-minute winner against Fulham.
Elsewhere, Noah Okafor picked up the Performance Player of the Year award following his standout display against Manchester United.
The forward scored twice to hand Leeds all three points and secure his place in the history books.
Okafor became the first Leeds player to score a brace against Manchester United since Roque Junior in October 2003, and only the second Leeds player to net twice at Old Trafford after Joe Firth achieved the feat in November 1931.
