Forest picked up Cuiabano from Botafogo in the summer of 2025, but sent him back to Botafogo on-loan before the start of the Premier League season.

The spell expired at the turn of the year, but the left-back is now continuing in Brazil.
On Saturday, Forest stated that the 22-year-old has been loaned to Vasco da Gama.
The deal will run the calendar and includes a permanent option. Cuiabano's contract with Forest runs to 2029.
