Chelsea have signed two promising youngsters, Riley Ebho and Jashayde Greenwood, from Premier League rivals West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively.

The pair will be initially registered with the U18 team.
Fullback Ebho is 16 years of age and striker Greenwood (above), also 16, is an England youth international.
Both players were regulars with their former clubs' U18 teams this season.
