Last weekend, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario was subjected to boos from his own fans just seconds after his monumental error had handed Fulham a second to win the game.
The Italian shot stopper is now reportedly open to leaving the side, with Inter Milan hoping to steal him away. His potential move shows where the club is at right now as manager Thomas Frank struggles to turn the side around.
After a run of results that has seen Spurs take just two points from the last 15 available to them in the Premier League, fans clearly aren’t happy.
Speaking after the 2-2 draw to Newcastle United on Tuesday night, Udogie has revealed how he and his side are trying to stay positive.
"As a group, we are always together," Udogie said."
“Every day we go to the training ground and we train together with the staff. We just have to stick together and keep going.”
Frank has since called fan behaviour unacceptable and declared that those who did it were "not true Tottenham fans".
Despite the impressive draw against the Magpies, Spurs must start to pick up more points if they want to secure a European spot. Frank’s side next face Brentford this weekend and Udogie stated that a win is imperative.
"Definitely. Yeah, we want to win every game, starting from Saturday. We will be ready."
