The Telegraph says Spurs have held talks with De Zerbi about a possible move in the summer. However, the Italian is only an option for the managerial position if the North London club avoid relegation.

Igor Tudor will remain as Tottenham manager for the time being, but the 47-year-old is under immense pressure after a disastrous start with three defeats in his first three games.
Club legend Robbie Keane , currently managing Ferencváros in Budapest, has also been mentioned as a possible interim manager should Tudor leave.
Spurs are 16th in the Premier League , just one point above the relegation zone, and are still winless in the league in 2026.
