Chelsea star Cole Palmer has officially trademarked his famous ‘cold’ shivering celebration, even though it was originally performed by Aston Villa winger Morgan Rogers.

Per The Athletic, the 23-year-old’s trademark application has been approved by the United Kingdom's government Intellectual Property Office.

This isn’t the first time Palmer has made such a move, recently trademarking his ‘cold’ nickname, earned during his first season at Chelsea.

His copyright won’t stop other players from copying him on the pitch but will stop the celebration being used for commercial purpose without his permission.

Ironically, former Man City academy teammate Rogers insists that Palmer stole the celebration from him, although there doesn’t appear to be any bad blood between the two.
