Garnacho has been deemed surplus to requirements at Man United following his high-profile falling out with manager Ruben Amorim after their 1-0 Europa League final defeat to Tottenham.
Chelsea made a move to sign the Argentina international in January but were ultimately turned away by United as they didn’t want to sell him to a rival mid-season.
Garnacho is understood to want to remain in the Premier League and wants to compete in the Champions League.
