However, Chelsea's board are reluctant to do so as they do not have room in terms of Financial Fair Play (FFP) to offer any type of significant pay-rise.
Only skipper Reece James is on £200,000-a-week or more at Chelsea, with the Blues needing to create extra revenue streams to improve their FFP status.
As such, despite Caicedo, Colwill and Fernandez all insisting they deserve pay-rises, Chelsea are refusing to consider renegotiating their contracts given their FFP issues.
