The Daily Mail says Chelsea management see George as surplus to requirements given their attacking options and are prepared to listen to offers for the 19 year-old.
George, with a deal to 2027, has managed 11 appearances this season, scoring four goals and recording one assist.
Along with George, Chelsea will also seek to sell Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi in the coming weeks.
