Burnley are now on the lookout for a replacement and have set their sights on Wolves ‘keeper Sam Johnstone, according to the Sun.
The 32-year-old is currently Wolves’ second-choice goalkeeper behind Portugal’s Jose Sa and made just 10 appearances last season.
Wolves are open to letting Johnstone leave this summer, either on loan or permanently for a fee of around £8 million.
