Keane Lewis-Potter struck both goals for the visitors on the day.
“I’m delighted,” Andrews began. “It’s been a demanding schedule this week with three games in six days.
“I’m really pleased with the group in general – the togetherness, the spirit. The effort from the players and staff this week has been immense. And the fans, travelling up and down the country a week before Christmas.
“Wolves are very difficult to break down, they play with five at the back, so we had to be patient and keep doing the right things.”
On match-winner Keane Lewis-Potter, Andrews added: “I’ve got a soft spot for Keano. I’m really happy that his patience and hard work has paid off.”
Lewis-Potter also said: "I’m over the moon. The first one, I was just gambling. I saw the ball going into Thiago and I read the flight of it. Thankfully it dropped to me, and it was a good finish.
“The second goal is not just about the finish; it’s about the reactions from everyone. We won the ball back two, three, four times. I’m buzzing.”
Lewis-Potter added: “I’m playing higher up the pitch again, which is something I’ve always wanted to do, and I’m working hard with all the other lads. Today showed that.”
