The Hammers have failed to score in just three of their last 18 matches, winning nine and drawing five in that run.
Bowen himself has four goals and nine assists this year but was quick to praise his teammates’ impact.
“They've certainly pulled their finger out and stepped up in a way that they know that they can,” he said.
“I think of players like Mateus, who’s been incredible. I think of players like Cry, who's had such a tough time of injuries, but to come back from those injuries that he's had and be a big game player and change games for us, win games for us, it says a lot about him as well, about his mentality. He has felt like a new signing because of the injury and how long he was out for.
“It can't just be one person who can decide a game. If someone's having not their best game, someone else can step up and that's the threats that you need. You need threats all over the pitch to decide games and I certainly think that we've had that.”
