The Hammers' 14-year stay in the top flight ended despite a 3-0 final-day win over Leeds United, with goals from Taty Castellanos, Bowen and Callum Wilson.
Bowen, who remains under contract until 2030, insisted his focus remains on helping the Hammers secure an immediate return to the Premier League despite growing transfer speculation.
"Listen, it’s still very, very raw. Talking about futures is disrespectful to the club, the fans, everything like that," he told the media.
"I’m under contract here. There’s going to be rumours, there’s going to be talk, but ultimately what I see is getting this club back in the Premier League.
"I’ve had some really good moments here. This is a really hard moment. You never know what the future holds, but I want to see this club back in the Premier League and right now my vision is to get this club back in the Premier League."
