The Mirror says Bournemouth are prioritising signing the Brazil international before next week's winter market deadline.
A former Real Betis player, Henrique moved to Inter only last summer from Olympique Marseille.
While being fielded as a defensive wing-back by Inter coach Cristian Chivu, Bournemouth are offering Henrique to play in a more natural attacking role as a direct replacement for Antoine Semenyo.
Henrique's deal with Inter runs to 2030.
