Aston Villa, Tottenham scouting Lyon midfielder Sulc

Tottenham and Aston Villa are watching Sulc this season.

The Daily Mail says Aston Villa have made previous enquiries and still hold an interest. However, they do face competition from Tottenham ahead of the summer market.

For their part, Lyon rate Sulc in the €50m class.

Czech Republic international Sulc, 25, has scored 13 goals in 29 appearances for OL since joining from Viktoria Plzen last summer.  

Sulc's contract with OL runs to 2029.
