And now The Sun says Arsenal are aiming to snap up Independiente's teenage twins Edwin and Holger Quintero. The 16 year-olds have been watched by Arsenal for the past year.
Interestingly, the pair are teammates of Deinner Ordonez, who has just signed for Chelsea and will move to London in two years when he turns 18.
Edwin has been likened to Brazilian star Neymar, while Holger plays as a creative midfielder.
The brothers are current Ecuador U17 internationals.
