The Gunners are always keen on adding talent to their esteemed Hale End academy system, and Leicester City winger Jeremy Monga is a player on their radar.
According to football.London, Monga is "highly appreciated" by Arsenal, and "talks" are already underway to capture the 16-year-old this summer.
A transfer could cost in the region of £10 million to £15 million, as per the report, and supporters should feel excited about the teenager joining their academy setup.
Monga burst onto the scene in 2024/25 during Leicester's relegation from the Premier League, becoming the competition's second youngest player after making his debut against Newcastle United in April 2025.
The jet-heeled winger has since been a shining light for the Foxes during their abysmal Championship campaign, making 27 second-tier appearances for a side that suffered a second successive relegation.
Leicester will now ply their trade in League One next term, and with Monga being chased by Arsenal, he could well depart once the transfer window opens.
Monga's deal at the King Power Stadium is due to become professional next month when he turns 17 on July 10. That opens the possibility of agreeing on a fee with Leicester, or going through a tribunal to decide whether the Gunners have paid a fair price for the youngster.
