Earlier this week, Arteta called on the Premier League to move his side's match against his former club Everton to avoid them having two games in three days.
"Hopefully they will move our Premier League match, because to play two days later doesn't make any sense," the Spaniard said ahead of his side's Champions League clash against Slavia Prague on Tuesday.
"So now we decide the date (for the Carabao Cup match) I am sure they will change the Premier League (match) as well."
Now, Palace boss Glasner has ripped into the Premier League as he tries to move the Leeds United game forward from the 21st to Saturday, 20th December.
"We didn't get a response until now from the Premier League, just to have the same as Arsenal, if their game is moved.
"I am always talking about making mistakes being part of development
"I think that the EFL and the Premier League didn't solve this problem before the start of the season. They will learn from it, and I am pretty sure that next year they will have the solution before the start of the season.
"Maybe they needed this experience to solve it, not to rely that it won't happen."
The change would allow the Eagles to have more time to prepare for their Carabao Cup quarter-final with Arsenal, as Glasner’s side fight in multiple competitions again this season.
The schedule is a balancing act for Premier League sides and the calendar must be better arranged to avoid putting players at risk of injuries and strain whilst maintaining the quality of football.
