The Bees go into the tie on the back of victory over Liverpool.
"Whatever team we pick is strong, I've been saying that to the players for weeks and weeks," said Andrews ahead of the trip to Lincolnshire.
"The bench has made a huge impact in recent weeks - goals from it, courage, personality and experience - so they need to be rewarded and the squad will be utilised."
Andrews also said, "We've got a humble group and a hungry group that want to achieve and really wouldn't underestimate any opposition.
"The process is the exact same as the build-up to any game. We've watched a lot of them and are very respectful around them and the qualities they have. We're really up to speed on their key players and the system they play.
"To get to this point in the competition is significant for them. They've achieved a lot this season and are a very well-coached team. We have to be very respectful of them, but we'll be ready."
