Al-Ahli chief responds to Toney Prem return rumours

The England striker is being linked with a return to the Premier League, where Everton and Tottenham are keen.

But Baz insists the former Brentford star will not be leaving Al-Ahli in January.

Ivan Toney is a top player, a top striker," he said.

"The rumours around his possible exit in January are not based on reality. It’s just not true. We’re counting on him, it makes zero sense to address this subject in November."

Toney's deal with his Saudi Pro League club runs to 2028.
