Liverpool rebel Mohamed Salah met with former teammate Jordan Henderson on Wednesday night.

While he was left at home by Liverpool boss Arne Slot for their Champions League win at Inter Milan, Salah sought out Brentford midfielder and former Reds captain Henderson for advice.

The Sun has published snaps of the pair eating together at a London restaurant.

After his outburst following Saturday's draw at Leeds, it's been suggested Salah may've played his last game for the club. The veteran striker is due to join Egypt's Africa Cup of Nations squad next week.

Saudi clubs Al-Hilal, Al-Qadisah and Neom are all eyeing a January move for Salah, with MLS sides San Diego and Chicago Fire  also monitoring developments.

Salah is said to have pumped Henderson for information about the Saudi Pro League after his difficult time with Al-Ettifaq.

The Egyptian's deal runs to 2027.
