Ronaldo suffered an injury during Al-Nassr's last fixture and will miss Portugal’s friendlies heading into the World Cup this summer.

The 41-year-old has not played for his Saudi club Al-Nassr since the end of February as many worry how long the former Real Madrid and Manchester United star has left in his career.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has scored a men's world-record 143 international goals and continues to defy age at Al Nassr, but time is catching up the winger who is 41 years old.

Speaking to Jackpot City Casino, Kelly believes Ronaldo is close to hanging up his boots as he comes to the end of his legendary career.

“Will Cristiano Ronaldo be thinking about a career in Hollywood when he comes to the USA this summer? I don't think Ronaldo is too worried about that. If he was going to do that, he would have done that instead of going to Saudi. Look I get it, Saudi was crazy, you know, and it has worked out really well for him.

"I think he is really one injury away from retiring honestly. Yes does he want to score 1000 goals, of course he does. But I don't know if he wants to go into an MLS system at 41 or42, travel all around the country, just for what. It's Cristiano Ronaldo, if he wants to jump into a movie, he'll jump into a movie.”

Ronaldo will enter his final World Cup this summer as he aims to lead the Portugal side to glory across the US, Mexico and Canada in a last hurrah.
