According to TBR Football, the North London club sent scouts to watch Akliouche in Monaco’s 2-1 Ligue 1 win over Auxerre on Saturday (September 13).
Frank is understood to still have an interest in the versatile playmaker, who can play on either flank, in the 10 or up front.
The report adds that Tottenham are also keeping tabs on Monaco duo Vanderson and Lamine Camara, who have impressed in their time at the Principality club.
