According to a report from RMC Sport, the French giants are planning to build a dedicated area within the stands at the Parc des Princes, which will allow head coach Luis Enrique to manage with a new perspective.
During their 2-0 victory against Lens last Sunday (September 14), Enrique chose to watch his team from the press box before returning to the touchline for the second half.
Speaking to Canal+ after their 4-0 Champions League win over Atalanta on Wednesday (September 17), the Spaniard revealed he’s starting to prefer watching from above.
He said: "I'm repeating what I did in the last match because, from above, I get a lot of information that I can use at half-time. Having more information is important for me.
“The players are used to it. Rafel (Pol), my assistant, will be there (in his place, on the edge of the pitch) and what he will say to the players is thanks to what I saw from the stands."
