The Portugal striker scored as PSG fought back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 in normal time, before winning the penalty shootout.
Ramos later highlighted debutants Lucas Chevalier and Illia Zabarnyi at the final whistle: "It's great for Chevalier, it's great for Zabarnyi to see from the first match that we are here to win at PSG.
"And me? I have the same outlook as always, I'm ready to be there when the team needs me. If I'm given the ball like that, I'll always score. If I stay? Yes."
Meanwhile, PSG captain Marquinhos was asked about competition with his new teammate Zabarnyi.
He replied: "The competition (with the arrival of Zabarnyi)? I'm very happy, no one has a place here, we've seen it since the coach arrived two years ago.
"You have to be at the top, give your all, and that's what I'm going to do so he's happy with me and keep my place."
