According to Caughtoffside, Atletico Madrid are keen on signing Barco but will have to beat Strasbourg’s BlueCo sister club to his signature.
The report adds that Chelsea were interested in signing Barco in the summer, while Bayern Munich have sent scouts to watch him on several occasions.
