The 20-year-old has been recalled from his loan with Oxford United in the Championship and sent to League One Wycombe.
Harris spent last season in League One on-loan with Birmingham City, which won promotion.
"I'm delighted to be here," Harris told Wycombe's website. "It was a quick turnaround (after leaving Oxford) and I'm happy to be here.
"I'm here to give 100% and I know the team have been on a good run of form, so hopefully I can contribute to that and hit the ground running.
"It'll be brilliant if I can make my debut on Saturday, and I'm looking forward to getting going, seeing the fans and hopefully getting the three points.
"My loans so far have been good and I've learned a lot. At Birmingham we had a really tight-knit group and everyone played their part, and you can see what we achieved."
