Barca are in Madrid for the second-leg of their Champions League quarterfinal needing to overturn a 2-0 deficit.
Yamal said on Monday, "I think we’re a young team, all Barça fans, very much so, we’ve shown that. We have to do what we’ve done all season: fight for this badge and try to reach the semifinals.
“We have to play the way we know how. Intensity without losing our style of play. We can't think it's a miracle we can come back. It's true we started 2-0 down, but we have to play the way we know how.
“Luckily I’m playing for Barça and there are a lot of quality players. I don’t think everything depends on me, but if that were the case, I wouldn’t mind. We have many players who can turn things around.”
On a promise to Barca fans, Yamal added: “We promise that if we are eliminated, we will fight until the very end, we will give everything for this badge. It will be a ninety-minute match or more because it's not over.
"A comeback is possible, that's why we are here.”
