That's according to Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda when speaking on El Chiringuito.
Inda states that Vini Jr and Real have now agreed terms over a new contract after over a year of negotiations. His current deal runs to 2027.
"They tell me that Vinicius has been renewed and that it will not be announced until a few weeks or a few months have passed. They tell me it's done and it will be announced when it's time. He has given in because he has asked for a signing bonus and it has not been accepted by the board," said Inda.
"What Real Madrid is not going to do is lose the possibility of selling a player who is top."
Inda also revealed Real management have identified Athletic Bilbao star Nico Williams as a replacement.
Williams has twice turned down Barcelona and Inda expects a difference response should Real come knocking.
He continued: "Real Madrid is thinking about signing a footballer who has been a Real Madrid fan since he was born: Nico Williams.
"He has always wanted to sign for Real Madrid, he is a Real Madrid fan at heart. The information I have is that Vinicius is renewed and if at some point he leaves, a player they really like is Nico Williams."
