Pitarch has returned to Castilla three months later. The academy graduate joins the reserve team to play today in London in the Premier League International Cup semi-final against Dinamo Zagreb.
Pitarch had been training with the first team since February and had established himself under coach Alvaro Arbeloa, being the only academy player who hadn't played for Castilla since their promotion.
In Thiago 's case, he hadn't played for the reserves since February 8th - his last match was against Pontevedra.
With Real Madrid having virtually nothing left to play for, beyond delaying Barcelona's title celebrations as much as possible, Pitarch's presence with Castilla could become a regular occurrence in the coming weeks, as the reserve team fights for a place in the promotion playoffs.
