Real Madrid post scout to check on Borussia Dortmund fullback Svensson

Expressen says Real Madrid had a scout posted for Saturday's Der Klassiker between Dortmund and Bayern Munich to watch Svensson.

Svensson produced both a goal and an assist, but Dortmund ultimately lost 3-2 at home. 

Dortmund centre-back Nico Schlotterbeck, 26, has also been linked with Real Madrid - with the scout making a check on him too.

Bayern Munich is also following Svensson ahead of the upcoming transfer window this summer.

Svensson's contract with Dortmund runs until the summer of 2029.
