Taking advantage of the Christmas break, Camavinga traveled to Angola , his country of birth, where he spent his first months.
In Luanda, the 23-year-old, accompanied by his parents, met with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to finalise a project to create a football academy and school, initiatives that have received the support of Secretary of State, Paulo Madeira.
The France international said, “I chose to create a football academy and a school for young people here to give back to my country what it has given me.
"It fills me with joy. My parents are very proud. I am also very happy to be back in my country and to have the opportunity to contribute to its development."
