Pedri: I hope Messi makes Barcelona return

The Argentina captain has just signed a new deal with Inter Miami to 2028.

But Pedri still hopes he can play again with his former Barca skipper. He said: "Obviously, I'd love to play with him again.

"He's the best player ever and he helped me so much during our years together here at Blaugrana." 

On playing for coach Hansi Flick, Pedri also said: "From the outside, it might all seem risky, given the very high defensive line and the spaces left, but if the team presses high up the pitch in the right way, it's difficult for the opponents to find spaces for a perfect pass to the attacker."
