Speaking with Barcelona legend Romario, Kroos said of the Real Madrid coach: "Here, you win and no one is happy; draw or lose and you're immediately criticized.
"Xabi has quality and knows the environment, but it takes time, even if it's almost impossible to have it at Madrid."
Kroos also commented on Endrick's loan move to Lyon.
He added, "At 18, you have to play. If you don't have space at Madrid, it's better to go on loan. That's what I did when I left Bayern for Leverkusen."
