Left-back Jofre was able to make his LaLiga debut after coming on in the 68th minute, replacing Alejandro Balde. It was the youth team player's first minutes in an official match with the first team.
Barca coach Hansi Flick said afterwards: "I'm happy to have him. They're all good. They're doing well. I value his quality. It hasn't been easy for him to play. There wasn't much space."
Jofre is now in line to act as prime cover at left-back for Barca this season. Gerard Martin has also been considered, but isn't currently registered for the LaLiga.
Jofre, 18, was a regular for coach Flick during Barca's preseason.
