Flick, after winning at Villarreal on Sunday, admits the ACL injury suffered by Denmark defender Andreas Christensen leaves them short of options.

He said, "A January signing in defence? I'll talk to Deco about it on Monday.
"The first important thing is for Andreas to get back to his best. We have to help him. He was in good form.
He played well in the Cup and showed his worth in training. It's sad. I can only say that I wish him the best and that he comes back as soon as possible."
