He explained to Sport it was a matter of "personal well-being":.
"I played 25 or 26 games, but it leaves a bitter taste when you're out for the last few months."
Pena also revealed: "Barça asked me to wait until they could sign the goalkeepers and, obviously, I would have cooperated because I had a contract, but I needed to play as many games as possible and have consistency, which has been lacking in recent years in order to make the leap."
