The deal will keep the player at the Asturian club until June 2026, strengthening the attacking options available to coach Veljko Paunović.
Forés, 24, began his career in Valencian football before joining Levante's youth team. He subsequently continued his development at Real Madrid, before joining Villarreal in the 2018/19 season.
Last term he was with Levante on-loan, where he scored five goals in 18 appearances.
