The wing-back enjoyed 63 minutes in the victory and was pleased to make his first senior appearance for the club.
A former Real Madrid junior, Carreras returned this summer from Benfica, via Manchester United.
He said afterwards, "It's an honour to be wearing this shirt again and preparing for what's next. I've been training with the team these past few days, they've welcomed me very well, and now we have to keep preparing hard because a very exciting challenge lies ahead.
"With teammates like this, football is more beautiful and easier. I'm happy with all of them, with Vini on the wing, with Dean (Huijsen) at the back.
"We don't care if it's a friendly; it's always important to win to prepare for what's coming next and move on."
