Laporta was speaking after Barca announced they had resigned from the European Super League company.
He stated on Sunday: "We have managed to rebuild these relationships. There must be harmony between the institutions. There may be disagreements regarding financial control regulations and how these things are applied... But we have a normal, proper relationship.
"We have a very good relationship with the Spanish Federation, with a fluid and ongoing dialogue. With UEFA, we have rejoined the football family; we have definitively left the Super League. We also have a good relationship with FIFA and its president.
"We left the Super League because it was a project that couldn't be implemented; it gradually fell apart. It has served as a catalyst for UEFA to change formats.
"The relationship with Real Madrid is not good, and it was a constant source of discomfort. Barça has acted correctly and with complete transparency; we are going to try to ensure the sustainability of European football and contribute to peace within the sport."
Laporta added: "I lead with passion because I love Barça. I take responsibility for the decisions we make. I don't hide and I face the music, but the decisions are made in agreement with the Board."
