The 28-year-old has picked u 10 goals and 13 assists under Barcelona boss Hansi Flick this season in what has been an incredible campaign so far for the England international.
Barcelona have the option to sign Rashford for approximately £26M when his loan arrangement concludes at the end of the season, and it looks like the Spanish giants are keen to hang on to him.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the La Liga leaders are in talks this week as they finalize a deal.

The 27-year-old’s form has convinced those at the Nou Camp that he can be a long-term solution in their attack, and clearly Flick is keen on holding on to the forward who has really flourished in Spain.
It was reported earlier this week that United officials believe the Rashford’s value is now nearer to £50M, but Barcelona will not budge on their price as they snatch him up for the agreed cut-price.
The Mirror state that Rashford's desire to secure a permanent switch to Barcelona means they could exploit that £50M to negotiate a lower price in what is a bargain summer deal.
