Rashford, 28, has managed to rediscover his form since joining last summer, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists in his 48 games.
Barcelona have the option to make Rashford’s loan move permanent this summer for a reported £26 million.
According to Sport, Barcelona have now reached an agreement on personal terms with Rashford ahead of the summer.
It’s understood that getting a deal over the line is a direct request from Flick, who sees Rashford as a valuable option.
Rashford has also helped negotiations by agreeing to a deal that would fall within the club’s salary restrictions, something that the club had previously been wary of.
