Before traveling to Jeddah, where Athletic will face Barcelona in the semifinals, Inaki spoke out about playing this competition outside of Spain.
"I have said it many times and I don't bite my tongue. For me, playing in Arabia sucks," he said.
Inaki also says Athletic are at a major disadvantage as only Real Madrid and Barca will pull crowds in Saudi Arabia.
He continued: "Having to take a national competition to another country is not easy for fans, as it is difficult to travel.
"Due to their (Real Madrid and Barcelona's) popularity there, it seems that we play away from home and here we know of all the athleticzales who would support us."
Inaki added, "Besides, in the next few days I'm going to be a father and having to leave, leaving my wife and son here is a chore, but they are 'perks' of the job. In the end I am at the club's disposal and I will try to do my best in the Super Cup."
