The former Manchester United winger vented his frustration on the bench after his poor performance at Mendizorroza.
After being taken off, Antony expressed his frustration with a groin strain which has been holding him back.
Cameras captured the Betis player kicking some clothes on the ground and throwing away his gloves. He even put his hands to his face, on the verge of tears.
Antony his anger on his Instagram story: "We're at a crucial moment in the season, and the most important thing is Betis.
"The images from the last match reflect my competitiveness and high standards for myself, never any disrespect for the club or the team . We remain united, working hard, and focused on our goals. Go Betis!"
So far this season, Antony has made 24 appearances, scoring seven goals and making eight assists.
