Tijuana midfielder Mora is one of many young players on Real Madrid's radar, whose progress they are closely monitoring.
Rafaela Pimienta, the player's agent, has warned all interested clubs, including Madrid, that they will have to pay a hefty sum to acquire the Mexican starlet.
Pimienta said, "I'm going to sell him for a very high price. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that happens, because if he's expensive, he'll be respected.
"Why can a player who plays in Brazil cost 80 million, but if he's in Mexico, he only costs 8 million? Is the Brazilian league so much better than the Mexican one? No. Europeans want to make Mexicans believe they can't command this kind of value.
"It infuriates me."
Mora, 17, boasts five caps with Mexico.
