The 25-year-old only joined Palace last summer but having played a key role in their FA Cup winning season, several top clubs have started to take notice.
According to L'Equipe, new Tottenham manager Thomas Frank is keen on adding another top centre-back to side squad and has his eye on Lacroix as they prepare for Champions League football next season.
Dortmund are also interested, having seen him play for fellow German club Wolfsburg before he made the move to Palace.
Palace are in a strong position, however, with Lacroix under contract at the club until the summer of 2029, and they have no intention of letting him go any time soon.
