Salah hails Liverpool teammate as "one of the world's best players right now"

Asked if Liverpool could win the FA Cup, Salah highlighed Szoboszlai's impact.

"It's going to depend on his performances,” Salah said on TNT Sports.

“He is one of the best players in the world right now. It's good for everyone and I hope we can do it again."

Teammate Curtis Jones also said at the final whistle: “You can't go into every game and expect to win. I think the team has gelled and off the pitch there is a good bond as well. It is a matter of time before we kick on again.

"I want to win everything. I know what the fans expect. I know what it is like to play for a team like this, you have to win things."
