Fernandez, 25, did several interviews talking up a potential summer move to Real Madrid during the international break.
Chelsea have since made the decision to suspend Fernandez for two games, including the FA Cup quarter final win over Port Vale.
The midfielder’s agent, former player Javier Pastore, described the club’s decision as “completely unfair.”
Speaking to reporters after the win, Rosenior refused to be drawn into more speculation, saying: “It's his opinion.
“I don't have anything to say on someone else's opinion. Enzo knows what I think of him and it's brilliant to see him here today and supporting the players.”
"In the right time, which isn't now, I'm sure the discussion will happen in terms of what's been said between me and Enzo. I had a really good conversation with Enzo today."
